Community Guidelines
Welcome to Armoona! Our goal is to help you find your soulmate. To maintain Armoona as a safe and respectful space for everyone, we have established Community Guidelines that outline acceptable and unacceptable behaviors.
General Guidelines apply across Armoona, while Profile Guidelines apply specifically to your public profile, including your username, bio, dealbreakers, and profile photos. There are additional guidelines for Profile Photos.
General Guidelines
- Be honest in your profile and during chats.
- Be respectful and considerate towards other users.
- You must be 18 years of age or older.
- No illegal content.
- No nudity.
- No commercial or promotional content of any kind.
- No hate, violence, abuse, harassment.
- No scams or spam.
Profile Guidelines
- Use only your first name as your username; do not abbreviate it, use suffixes, titles, or emojis; do not use your middle or last names.
- Avoid any profane, vulgar, or obscene content.
- Do not include any contact information such as phone numbers, addresses, emails, or social media handles.
- No sexually explicit content is allowed.
Profile Photo Guidelines
- Your face must be clearly visible in each photo.
- If there are other people in the photo, it must be clearly obvious which one is you; your face should be more prominent.
- The photo must be recent, taken within the last 3 years.
- No duplicate photos are allowed.
- Photos of unclothed minors are strictly prohibited.
- Including a full-body photo is highly recommended, as it is commonly requested by users.
Personal Matchmaker
- Your questions and answers must be clear and understandable to the general public. Do not include any cryptic or incoherent content.
- Avoid any profane, vulgar, or obscene content.
- Do not include any contact information such as phone numbers, addresses, emails, or social media handles.
Reporting
We use automated systems and human moderators to monitor and review content on Armoona.
If you encounter something that violates our Community Guidelines, please use the reporting function within the app to let us know.
Enforcement
We have a very low tolerance for users who violate our Community Guidelines. Depending on the violation, we may remove content, issue a warning, ban the account, or take legal action.
